How far in advance should I book YU for my wedding?
We recommend booking at least 6 to 12 months in advance for weddings, especially for peak season (October to February). For destination weddings, 12 to 18 months is ideal to secure the best venues and vendors. However, we have successfully executed celebrations with shorter timelines — reach out and we'll discuss what's possible.
What is included in your event planning packages?
Our planning encompasses end-to-end event orchestration: concept development, venue sourcing, vendor curation (catering, photography, entertainment), complete decor design and fabrication, day-of coordination, and guest experience management. Every package is bespoke — we tailor the scope to your vision and budget.
How much does a wedding planner cost in Hyderabad?
Our services are priced based on the scope, scale, and complexity of your celebration. As a luxury studio, we work with clients who value exceptional design and flawless execution. We're happy to discuss your vision during a complimentary consultation and provide a transparent cost estimate.
Do you handle destination weddings outside Hyderabad?
Absolutely. Destination weddings are one of our core specialties. We've designed celebrations in Udaipur, Jaipur, Goa, Kerala, and across India. Our team travels to the venue for site inspections, vendor coordination, and full on-ground execution.

Do you design and build decor in-house?
Yes — this is what sets YU apart. We own a 15,000+ sq. ft. production unit where our team designs, engineers, and handcrafts every element: from custom mandaps and stage structures to floral installations and furniture. This gives us complete creative control and ensures unmatched quality.
What types of events do you handle besides weddings?
We design and execute a wide range of celebrations: pre-wedding events (Haldi, Mehendi, Sangeet), luxury social events (birthdays, anniversaries, private dinners), corporate events and brand launches, and cultural/large-scale public events.
How does the planning process work?
It begins with a consultation where we understand your vision, preferences, and budget. We then present a concept proposal with mood boards and design direction. Once approved, we move into detailed planning, vendor coordination, and fabrication. On the day(s) of the event, our team handles complete execution so you can be fully present.
Can you work with my existing vendors?
Of course. While we have a curated network of elite vendors we trust, we're happy to collaborate with your preferred vendors. Our priority is ensuring seamless coordination regardless of the team composition.
