All services are subject to availability and are governed by individual service agreements signed between the client and YU Events. Inquiries & Consultations

Submitting an inquiry through our website does not constitute a booking or contract. It is an expression of interest. Our team will review your inquiry and contact you to discuss your requirements. A formal agreement will be prepared if both parties wish to proceed.

Bookings & Payments

All bookings are confirmed only upon signing a detailed service agreement and receipt of the agreed advance payment. Payment terms, cancellation policies, and refund conditions will be specified in the individual service agreement for each event.

All content on this website — including but not limited to text, images, designs, logos, and multimedia — is the intellectual property of Yellow Umbrella (YU Events) and is protected by applicable copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without prior written consent.

Portfolio & Photography

Images displayed in our portfolio represent actual events designed and executed by YU Events. We reserve the right to photograph and document our work for portfolio purposes. Specific usage rights are outlined in individual service agreements with clients.

Limitation of Liability

While we strive for perfection in every event, YU Events shall not be held liable for circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, venue cancellations, government restrictions, or vendor defaults. Our liability in all cases is limited to the fees paid for our services.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to our website. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the website at any time without notice.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Hyderabad, Telangana.
